Our Fitness Approach

or even an empty room (yes, you read it right!!!) -
we'll show you how to get into your BEST shape ever just with your
body-weight, our range of
portable functional exercise tools,
and the creative use of your surrounding environment!
Our mobile fitness program is designed as a Full-Body Workout Session
so you get to burn fat, build muscle tone, improve your cardiovascular fitness,
and up your muscular strength and flexibility - and more - all within the
SAME session!

Our Program Components
Our mobile fitness training program is conducted either as a full-fledged
Personal Training Program, or as a Group Fitness Boot Camp
Program.
For those who sign-up for the customized personal training program, you will
be entitled to all the following components
as listed in our Personal Training Program
Features Page.

Our Training Times
We provide mobile fitness training throughout Singapore from Mondays
to Fridays between the
times of 6am to 1pm. All slots are on a first-come-first-serve
basis, and are subject to availability.
