What Is Bodyweight Training?
As the name implies, Bodyweight Training is
simply doing exercises purely with our very own body weight. No, or at
most very minimal pieces of fitness equipment or tools are needed
for the entire process.
Why Do We Need Bodyweight Training?
One of the greatest benefits of learning
Bodyweight Training is that once mastered, you can basically workout
anywhere, anytime! On top of that, bodyweight training requires
almost no equipment (at most a pull-up bar), and is great for building
lean muscle, boosting athleticism, and improving one's all-round
mobility, flexibility and functional strength. Not to mention that it is
also extremely cost-effective!

We provide bodyweight training/conditioning sessions, as well as related
fitness workshops across Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but all strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 6am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 10pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
and are subject to availability.
