What Is Bodyweight Training?


As the name implies, Bodyweight Training is simply doing exercises purely with our very own body weight. No, or very minimal pieces of fitness equipment or tools are needed for the entire process.




Why Do We Need Bodyweight Training?


One of the greatest benefits of learning Bodyweight Training is that once mastered, you can basically workout anywhere, anytime! On top of that, bodyweight training requires almost no equipment (at most a pull-up bar), and is great for building lean muscle, boosting athleticism, and improving one's all-round mobility, flexibility and functional strength. Not to mention that it is also extremely cost-effective!

Anyone who wants to learn:

  • how to leverage on his/her own body weight effectively in any fitness program,

  • the different types, variations and combinations of body weight movements and drills,

  • how best to integrate body weight training into your own fitness program.



Our Fitness Approach


In our fitness programs here in Singapore, we sincerely believe in the adage: "Your BODY is your BEST gym"!


Nowhere else are bodyweight exercises given that much significance and emphasis than with our gym-free fitness approach.


And in case you're wondering, our repertoire of body weight exercises and movements are MORE than your usual collection of sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, chin-ups or anything that most are familiar with!


In fact, we have literally HUNDREDS of unique and varied body weight exercises, drills & variations up our sleeves - that up-to-now, only the most ardent and "in-the-trench" followers and practitioners are aware of!


But now, YOU too, can benefit from all these bodyweight training techniques and strategies right here in Singapore!


Let us show you: how to train effectively with just your own body weight as resistance (with and without tools), the different types, variations and combinations of body weight exercises for strength gains, muscle-building, fat-burning or general fitness conditioning, and how best to integrate and modify these bodyweight-based exercises to suit your fitness goals.

Our Program Components


Our bodyweight fitness training program can be conducted either as part of a Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Program, a Group Fitness Training Program or as a Fitness Workshop for participants.

Our Training Times


We provide bodyweight training/conditioning sessions, as well as related fitness workshops across Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but all strictly by appointment ONLY .


Our first fitness appointment of the day may start as early as 6am and our last appointment of the day may end no later than 10pm.


All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.
