Let us show you how to make use of your outdoor environment such as slopes, benches, trees, fitness corners and even playground equipment, in conjunction with your own body-weight and our full range of functional portable fitness equipment, to help you achieve super-fitness and the body of your dreams!

 

Our outdoor fitness program is conducted as a Total Body Workout in itself so you get to burn fat, build muscle tone, increase strength, cardiovascular fitness, overall flexibility - and more - all within the SAME session!

Our Program Components

 

Our outdoor fitness training program can be conducted either as a full-fledged Personal Training Program or as a Group Fitness Boot-Camp Program.

 

For those who prefer the one-to-one private personal training option, you will be entitled to all the following components as listed in our Personal Training Program Features Page.

Our Training Times

 

We provide outdoors fitness training throughout Singapore from Mondays to Fridays between the times of 6am to 1pm. All slots are on a first-come-first-serve basis, and are subject to availability.
