What Is Resistance/Strength Training?


As the name implies, Resistance Training is any form of exercise that forces your body to move against a resistance. And unlike what most people think, resistance training is NOT just about 'lifting weights'. The resistance used in this form of training can be almost ANYTHING besides your usual barbells and dumbbells. Using tools like kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, soup cans, water bottles or even your own body weight and gravity - all qualify as Resistance Training too!




Why Do We Need Resistance Training


Resistance Training and Strength Training Programs are the foundations upon which lean, functional and strong bodies are built! Working against resistance not only improves our muscle tone, bone density, joint mobility and functional strength, it also adds metabolically-active lean muscle to our bodies - which in turn - improves our body composition and overall health and fitness.



Whom This Program Is For


For all mid-life individuals, seniors and older adults who like to enhance their muscular strength and endurance, build lean muscle tone, burn calories, be functionally strong and reduce the risk of osteoporosis and muscle loss in old age.




Our Fitness Approach


Here in Singapore, at your desired or preferred location, we will put you through a resistance and strength training program using your immediate surroundings, your own body-weight and our range of functional portable fitness tools.




Our Program Components


Our strength training program can be conducted as a full-fledged Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Fitness Program or as a Group Fitness Program.


For those who sign-up for Personal Training, you will be entitled to all the following components as listed in our Personal Training Program Features Page.

Our Training Times


We provide strength and resistance training workouts throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but strictly by appointment ONLY .


Our first fitness appointment of the day may start as early as 6am and our last appointment of the day may end no later than 10pm.


All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.




Our Credentials


We are one of the few fitness providers in Singapore with a recognized and bona-fide Master Trainer on our books.


On top of that, we are the ONLY Singapore fitness provider who offers proof, verification and validation of our fitness credentials.
