What Is Resistance/Strength Training
As the name implies, Resistance Training is
any form of exercise that forces your body to move against a resistance.
And unlike what most people think, resistance training is NOT just about
'lifting weights'.
The resistance used in this form of training can be
ANYTHING besides our usual barbells and
dumbbells. Tools like kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance
bands, soup cans, water bottles or even your own body weight and gravity
- all qualify as Resistance Training too!

Why Do We Need Resistance Training
Resistance Training and Strength Training Programs are the
foundations upon which lean, functional and strong bodies
are built! Working against resistance not only improves our muscle
tone, bone
density, joint mobility and functional strength, it also adds
metabolically-active lean muscle to our bodies - which in turn - improves
our body composition and overall health and fitness!

My strength training program can be conducted as a full-fledged
Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Fitness Program or as a
Group Fitness
Program.

Training Times
I provide strength and resistance training workouts throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but strictly by appointment ONLY .
Fitness sessions may be scheduled between 9am to
9pm, on weekdays only.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.
