The Public Stadium Workout is ideal for all middle-aged, seniors and older adults seeking a holistic outdoor fitness workout, leveraging on the facilities and equipment found in our public stadiums.

Our Fitness Approach

 

Simply identify your preferred public stadium in your vicinity, let us know your fitness goals, and you're good to go!

 

Let us show you how to make use of the stadium environment - with its range of unique facilities - together with your own body-weight and our full range of functional portable fitness equipment, to help you achieve your fitness goals!

 

Our stadium fitness program is conducted as a Full Body Workout in itself so you get to burn fat, build muscle tone, increase strength, cardiovascular fitness, overall flexibility - and more - all within the SAME session!

Our Program Components

 

Our stadium training program can be conducted either as a full-fledged Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Workout Program, or as a Group Fitness Boot-Camp Program.

 

For those who prefer the one-to-one private personal training option, you will be entitled to all the following components as listed in our Personal Training Program Features Page.

Our Training Times

 

We provide stadium workouts throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but all strictly by appointment ONLY .

 

Our first fitness appointment of the day may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the day may end no later than 9pm.

 

All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.
