A Movement-Based Training Program
lays the foundation for a lean, strong and functional body - regardless
of your age!
Being able to move well and move right not only
feels
good, but also serves us well in our daily lives.
And since our Human Body basically functions as one
large inter-connected and integrated system, the
movement training approach focuses on training your body as one
SINGLE unit - as opposed to exercising separate muscle groups each time, as
seen in
conventional training models.
Therefore, in the Movement Approach, the
emphasis is on training movements, NOT muscles.
With this method, you'll be taught how to move and
work your body via various movement patterns, in different directions,
and through multiple planes of motion.
Covered in this approach are the following fundamental
human movements and motions:

PUSHING (vertical, horizontal & diagonal),

PULLING (vertical, horizontal & diagonal),
-
SQUATTING,
-
HINGING,
-
ROTATING &
-
LOCOMOTION
(multi-directional & multi-dimensional).
So when ALL these movements are integrated
into your training program over time, not only will you see an
improvement in your movement efficiency, your mobility and
your overall coordination, you'll also get a body that is
strong, fit, and functional!

This movement training program can be conducted as a full-fledged
Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Fitness Program or as a
Group Fitness
Program.

Training Times
I provide movement training workouts throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but strictly by appointment ONLY .
Fitness sessions may be scheduled between 9am to
9pm, on weekdays only.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.

I am one of the very few fitness
providers in Singapore who is a recognized and bona-fide
Master Trainer
and who has a strong movement and functional training
background in the form of the illustrious
ACE Functional Training Specialist certification.
Additionally, I am the ONLY Singapore fitness provider who offers proof,
verification and validation of my fitness credentials.
