What Is Cardio Or Aerobic Training?

 

Cardio/Aerobic Training is any form of exercise that works your cardio-respiratory system by elevating your heart rate for a sustained period of time. And unlike what most people think, cardio training goes way beyond mere 'brisk-walking' or 'jogging' around your neighbourhood. In reality, any form of sustained exercise such as swimming, rope-skipping, dancing, cycling, rowing, or even circuit training qualify as aerobic/cardio workouts too!

Aerobic/Cardio Workouts are great for strengthening our hearts and lungs, enhancing our muscular endurance and for burning excess calories. Furthermore, they also help to improve our blood circulation, enhance our body composition, prevent the onset of chronic diseases, reduce stress, and even boost our overall quality of life.

At your desired or preferred location here in Singapore, I will put you through an aerobic/cardio training program using your immediate surroundings, your own body-weight and our range of functional portable fitness tools.

Program Components

 

This senior-centric cardio/aerobic training program can be conducted as a full-fledged Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Fitness Program or as a Group Fitness Program.

 

For those who sign-up for Personal Training, you will be entitled to all the following components as listed in our Personal Training Program Features Page.

Training Times

 

All cardio/aerobic workouts are available throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but strictly by appointment ONLY .

 

Fitness sessions may be scheduled between 9am to 9pm, on weekdays only.

 

All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.

On top of being one of the few fitness providers in Singapore who is both a Master Trainer and Senior Exercise Consultant, I'm also the ONLY Singapore fitness provider who offers proof, verification and validation of my fitness credentials and qualifications.
