What Is Cardio Or Aerobic Training?
Cardio/Aerobic Training is any form of exercise that
works your cardio-respiratory system by elevating your heart rate for a
sustained period of time. And unlike what most people think, cardio
training goes way beyond mere 'brisk-walking' or 'jogging'
around your neighbourhood.
In reality, any form
of sustained exercise such as swimming, rope-skipping, dancing, cycling,
rowing, or even circuit
training qualify as aerobic/cardio workouts too!

Why Do We Need Cardio Or Aerobic Training
Aerobic/Cardio Workouts are great for strengthening
our hearts and lungs, enhancing our muscular endurance and for burning
excess calories. Furthermore, they also help to improve our blood
circulation, enhance our body composition, prevent the onset of chronic
diseases, reduce stress, and even boost our overall quality of life.

This senior-centric cardio/aerobic training program can be conducted as a full-fledged
Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Fitness Program or as a
Group Fitness
Program.

Training Times
All cardio/aerobic workouts are available throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but strictly by appointment ONLY .
Fitness sessions may be scheduled between 9am to
9pm, on weekdays only.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.
