fitness training, while following closely to the
guidelines from the American College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, we
will design a customized fitness program just for you.

Personal Training Program.
As such, you will

Our Training Times
We provide pre-post natal fitness training throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 6am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 10pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
and are subject to availability.
We are one of the very few fitness
providers in Singapore who possesses an internationally-recognized
Pre-Post Natal Exercise Certification.
Also, due to the specialized nature of the
service, all our pre-post natal fitness sessions are conducted SOLELY by
our in-house Master Trainer.
