Any woman who wants to stay active, fit,
and healthy while in the midst of her pregnancy, or who wants
to get back in shape after having given birth.
Note: Pre-natal fitness training will only be conducted after
clients' 1st trimester
and with their respective obstetrician's/gynecologist's clearance.

Our Fitness Approach
Tapping on our specialized knowledge and experience in pre-post natal
fitness training, while following closely to the
guidelines from the American College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, we
will design a customized fitness program just for you.
If you are a pre-natal fitness client, our

Our Training Times
We provide pre-post natal fitness training throughout Singapore from Mondays
to Fridays between the
times of 6am to 1pm. All slots are on a first-come-first-serve
basis, and are subject to availability.
