The Posterior Chain refers to the important kinetic chain of muscles that run along the back of the Human Body; which includes the lower back, the gluteal muscles, the hamstrings, and even the calf muscles.

 

Unfortunately, since they are not readily visible in the mirror, most people tend to adopt an “out of sight, out of mind” approach to them, resulting in these muscle groups being frequently neglected and under-trained.

 

A strong Posterior Chain is vital to our overall well-being, especially as we age.

 

Without a strong posterior chain, our bodies will be imbalanced and dysfunctional. Our posture may suffer and our susceptibility to injuries will increase. Both sporting performance and fitness gains will also be greatly compromised. Even our physical aesthetics and outward appearance will be negatively-impacted without a strong posterior chain!

At your desired or preferred location here in Singapore, I will work on the health and fitness of your posterior chain through the use of your immediate environment, your own body-weight and a wide range of functional portable fitness tools - all with the aim to strengthen and enhance your posterior muscles.

Our Program Components

 

My posterior chain training program for seniors/older adults can be conducted as a full-fledged Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Fitness Program or as a Group Fitness Program.

 

For those who sign-up for the customized personal training program, you will be entitled to all the following components as listed in our Personal Training Program Features Page.

Training Times

 

My senior/older posterior chain training program is available throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but all strictly by appointment ONLY .

 

Fitness sessions may be scheduled between 9am to 9pm, on weekdays only.

 

All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.
