The basic movement patterns utilized in this approach are:

  • PUSHING (vertical & horizontal),

  • PULLING (vertical & horizontal),

  • SQUATTING,

  • HINGING,

  • ROTATING &

  • LOCOMOTION (multi-directional & multi-dimensional).

So when ALL these movements are integrated into a training program over time, what you can get is a body that is NOT only strong and fit, but also functional and well-balanced.

At your desired or preferred location here in Singapore, we will put you through a movement-based training program using your immediate surroundings, your own body-weight and our range of functional portable fitness tools.

Our Program Components

 

Our movement training program can be conducted as a full-fledged Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Fitness Program or as a Group Fitness Program.

 

For those who sign-up for Personal Training, you will be entitled to all the following components as listed in our Personal Training Program Features Page.

Our Training Times

 

We provide movement training workouts throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but strictly by appointment ONLY .

 

Our first fitness appointment of the day may start as early as 6am and our last appointment of the day may end no later than 10pm.

 

All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.

We are one of the few fitness providers in Singapore with a recognized and bona-fide Master Trainer on our books who has a strong movement and functional training background in the form of the illustrious ACE Functional Training Specialist certification.

 

On top of that, we are the ONLY Singapore fitness provider who offers proof, verification and validation of our fitness credentials.
