Whom This Program Is For

 

Any individual who wants to pass or excel in his/her NAPFA (National Physical Fitness Assessment), IPPT (Individual Physical Proficiency Test), or other physical fitness tests.

 

This program is highly-recommended for all able-bodied male/female Singapore school students - for whom the NAPFA (National Physical Fitness Assessment) is mandatory, as well as for all NSFs, NSmen, Regulars of the Singapore Armed Forces, Navy, Air Force, Civil Defence and other uniformed groups for whom the IPPT (Individual Physical Proficiency Test) is a compulsory element in their line of work.

Our Fitness Approach

 

Using a scientifically-backed, systematic and structured approach, we will get you into test-worthy shape by training the various physical fitness attributes needed to help you clear the different test stations.

 

Your training may be conducted in an indoor environment (like your home, garage, condo compound etc) or an outdoor environment (parks, stadiums, fitness corners etc) through which we will use a combination of body-weight drills, functional exercises (using our portable fitness equipment) and test-specific movements to prepare you optimally for your upcoming fitness tests.

Our Program Components

 

Our IPPT/NAPFA fitness training program can be conducted either as a full-fledged Personal Training Program, a Partner/Buddy Workout Program or as a Group Fitness Training Program.

 

For those who prefer a one-to-one personal approach, you will be entitled to all the following components as listed in our Personal Training Program Features Page.

Our Training Times

 

We provide IPPT/NAPFA physical fitness preparation training throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but strictly by appointment ONLY .

 

Our first fitness appointment of the day may start as early as 7am and our last appointment of the day may end no later than 9pm.

 

All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.
