What Is A Flexibility Training Program?
A Flexibility Training Program is one that uses an
array and variety of stretches and flexibility moves to help the middle-aged and older
adult improve their muscle elasticity, joint flexibility and general range of
motion.

Why Do We Need Flexibility Training?
As we age, all of us will experience some loss in the
elasticity of our muscles, a shortening or weakening in our tendons and
ligaments, a general deterioration in the structure of our
joints and an overall decrease in our range of motion or flexibility throughout the
body.
Over time, this may affect our ability to stay
active, lead independent lives or even enjoy pain-free movements in our
day-to-day activities.
Therefore, adding stretching and flexibility drills into
our fitness program will help us to offset many of the above symptoms,
maintain suppleness in our muscles, limberness in our joints, and
provide us with a HIGHER quality of life as a mid-life or senior
adult.
With flexibility training, we will not only improve our joint mobility,
muscle elasticity and overall physical function, but also boost our posture, release unnecessary
muscle tension, reduce our risk of injuries and boost our general
well-being in the long run.

Personal Training Program,
a Couple/Partner Program, a
Group Fitness Training Program or as a
Fitness
Workshop for participants.

Training Times
I provide flexibility training/conditioning sessions, as well as related
fitness workshops across Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but all strictly by appointment ONLY .
Fitness sessions may be scheduled between 9am to
9pm, on weekdays only.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.
