What Is Core Training?
A Core Training Program is one that uses
specific, targeted and specialized exercises to train and strengthen the
muscles of the Human Core.
As the Human Core is made up of all the muscles that run down the
entire length - front, back
and sides - of the trunk and torso, a specialized Core Fitness Program
will not only need to address all these muscles, but also take into
account their complexity, inter-connectedness and integrated nature.

Why Do We Need Core Training?
As the saying goes: We are only as strong as our
Core.
The muscles of our Core not only have to work in
unison to provide strength, stabilization and support for the spine and
pelvis, but also to create a solid base from which all our movements
emanate from.
Without strong, stable and functional core
muscles, our posture would suffer, our physical movements and
capabilities would diminish, our athletic/sporting performance would all be
negatively impacted, and our
risk of getting spinal problems, lower back pain and muscle
injuries would all greatly INCREASE!
Taking into account that the core is often referred
to as the "seat of all human power and strength", a Core Fitness Program
will help you properly develop all the muscles of your core
scientifically and holistically.

For ANYONE and EVERYONE who wants optimum core health and core
functionality, and is seeking all-round balance in his/her fitness
program.

At your desired or preferred location here in Singapore, I
will work on your core fitness through the use of your
immediate environment, your own
body-weight and
a range of
functional
portable fitness tools, all with the aim to strengthen and enhance your
core muscles.

Program Components
This senior-focused core fitness training program can be conducted as a full-fledged
Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Fitness Program or as a
Group Fitness
Program.

Training Times
My senior/older adult core training program is available throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but all strictly by appointment ONLY .
Fitness sessions may be scheduled between 9am to
9pm, on weekdays only.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.
