What Is Functional Training?
Functional training refers to a system of training
that aims to deliver transferable benefits and enhancements
to our daily movements and actions.
In our everyday lives, we often perform physical
activities such as climbing stairs, carrying groceries, shifting
furniture, lifting trash etc. All these activities often involve multiple
muscle groups, multi-planar actions and multi-joint movements - all
at the same time.
The role of functional training is to mimic or
duplicate these everyday movement patterns during training in
order to improve our abilities to perform these activities in real life.
Why Do We Need Functional Training
Functional training helps our bodies
to perform our everyday chores and activities in a more productive
and effective manner, and in the process makes our lives easier,
our movements more efficient, and our bodies stronger and fitter!
As mid-life and older adults, being functionally-fit
is absolutely crucial in ensuring that we are able to cope with
REAL-LIFE challenges and demands in our day-to-day living.

For ALL individuals, regardless whether you're 40, 60 or 80, as
each and every one of us live in a REAL world
that requires us to lift, hoist, pull, push, twist and
rotate in our daily functions, interactions and activities.
Our functional fitness program not only teaches you to use your body as an
integrated unit just as the way Nature intends it to be, but also
trains your body to become a more efficient and effective
servant for you - so as to help you better handle your real-life
challenges - day-in, day-out.

At your location of choice here in Singapore, we'll show you how to make use of your
immediate environment, coupled with your own
body-weight and a range of
portable fitness tools, to
build a functionally-fit body capable of handling any real-life
situations with ease and efficiency.

Our Training Times
We provide functional fitness training throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but strictly by appointment ONLY .
Our first fitness appointment of the day
may start as early as 6am and our last appointment of the
day may end no later than 10pm.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
and are subject to availability.
We are one of the fitness
providers in Singapore with a recognized and bona-fide
on our books, who also holds the respected
ACE Functional Training Specialist certification.
On top of that, we are the ONLY Singapore fitness provider who offers proof,
verification and validation of our fitness credentials.
