settings.

 

Versatile, portable and user-friendly, these balls can be a great addition to any older adult/senior exercise program.

Not only are exercise balls excellent for developing core strength and balance in older adults, they are also immensely useful for building all-round muscle tone, stability and mobility - crucial fitness components that usually deteriorate with age.

This exercise ball training program can be conducted either as part of a Personal Training Program, a Couple/Partner Program, a Group Fitness Training Program or as a Fitness Workshop for participants.

Training Times

 

My exercise ball workout program is available throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but all strictly by appointment ONLY .

 

Fitness sessions may be scheduled between 9am to 9pm, on weekdays only.

 

All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.

I am one of the few fitness providers in Singapore who has attained both the Master Trainer and Senior Exercise Consultant levels in the fitness industry.

 

Beside that, I'm also the ONLY Singapore fitness provider who offers proof, verification and validation of my fitness credentials and qualifications.
