Tapping on my specialized knowledge and experience in pre-post natal
fitness training, and adhering closely to the
guidelines from the American College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology,
I will help design a customized fitness program just for you whether
you're in the pre- or post- natal stage of your pregnancy.

My pre-post natal fitness training program is available throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
timings
- but all strictly by appointment ONLY .
Fitness sessions may be scheduled between 9am to
9pm, on weekdays only.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.

I'm one of the few fitness
providers in Singapore who possesses an internationally-recognized
Pre-Post Natal Exercise Certification, on top of being both a Master Trainer
and a Senior Exercise Consultant.
Furthermore, I'm the ONLY Singapore fitness provider who offers
