What Is Balance Training
Balance Training is
a specialized form of exercise program that focuses on conditioning the
very
muscles in our body that are involved in keeping us stable, steady and
balanced.
This program will train the muscles located
throughout our core and lower body that are predominantly used for
stability, balancing and alignment.
Balance training is now widely-recognized by health,
fitness and
medical authorities throughout the world as a vital component in fall prevention and
injury
management for older adults and seniors.

Why Do We Need Balance Training
As we age, the risk of incurring debilitating
injuries - and even death - caused by slipping, tripping and falling
dramatically increases.
Doing balance exercises will not only help us to
strengthen those very muscles involved in keeping us upright and balanced,
but also aid in:

improving our overall body awareness and coordination,

enhancing the stability of our joints, and

boosting our reaction time to
help us recover our balance in the event of unfortunate stumbles or
falls.

This program is for ANYONE - particularly seniors and older adults
- who would like to strengthen their core muscles, enhance
their balance, and improve their all-round movement efficiency and
coordination even in their "glowing years".

will put you through a balance training program using your
immediate
surroundings, your own
body-weight and
our range of
functional
portable fitness tools.

This balance training program can be conducted as a full-fledged One-On-One
Personal Training Program
(Home-Based
or Outdoors),
or as a Couple/Partner Fitness Program.

Our Training Times
I provide balance training workouts throughout Singapore at flexible and negotiable
days and timings
- but strictly by appointment ONLY .
Fitness sessions may be scheduled between 9am to
9pm, on weekdays only.
All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve
basis
and are subject to availability.

Master Trainer
and Senior Exercise Consultant.
