What Does A Typical Gym-Free Workout Session Consist Of?
Each session starts off
with a brief discussion to check that you are still on track with regards to
your diet, self-training, lifestyle changes etc. As every individual's
training sessions are different based on his/her specific fitness
needs, no 2 programs are exactly alike. However, as a general rule, most
workouts will commence with a general total-body warm-up and dynamic
stretching, followed by 40-50 minutes of customized training, followed by a
cool down and a static stretching period.
