In my fitness approach, medicine balls are not only used to add fun, variety and novelty to my clients' workouts, but also to help them build all-round, real-world fitness.

 

Versatile and effective, I strongly believe that medicine ball training is one of the best ways to work one's entire body, while developing strength, endurance, cardio fitness and coordination!

Training Times

 

I provide medicine ball fitness training and workshops across Singapore at flexible and negotiable days and timings - but all strictly by appointment ONLY .

 

Fitness sessions may be scheduled between 9am to 9pm, on weekdays only.

 

All bookings are also strictly on a First-Come-First-Serve basis and are subject to availability.
