Your personal training sessions can be held at your condominium gym, at an outdoor park, at a sports complex or even right in the comfort of your home or office ! 

For clients with no access to any equipment, handheld free weights, exercise tubings, medicine balls and other fitness accessories would be provided Free-Of-Charge !

NOTE : The most common misconception propagated by the commercial centres today is that you would need to train at a commercial fitness facility in order to attain a high level of fitness or an attractive physique! 

Nothing could be further from the truth!!!

Success in any fitness program depends largely on the proper and creative application of scientific exercise principles and diet strategies. Equipment are merely there to serve a purpose,  and are NEVER an end in themselves! You simply DO NOT NEED sophisticated, eye-catching contraptions so commonly found in today's fitness centres to build a great body ! If you have the right knowledge, even using your own body weight as resistance could give you tremendous results !

As the name implies, Group Exercise is an exercise class whereby 3 or more participants engage in resistance- or aerobic-based exercises. Examples of Group Exercise Classes include Hi-Lo Aerobics, Boxercise, Fitness Boot Camps, Aerobic Kickboxing, Aqua Aerobics, Body Sculpting etc. All Group Exercise Sessions include a thorough warm-up, a fitness conditioning segment and a relaxing cool-down.

A group exercise class offers you the opportunity to exercise in a conducive, safe and friendly environment amidst the support and camaraderie of like-minded peers.

Tele-Consultation is a private 1-to-1 fitness consultation service via telephone that offers you cutting-edge tips, up-to-date fitness information and scientific knowledge to guide you in your pursuit of better health, fitness and looks.

Tele-Consultation offers you the opportunity to consult a fitness professional on any doubts, uncertainties or confusions that you may have concerning your training, your diet or even your current lifestyle.

16. How Does Tele-Consultation Actually Work ?  

For tele-consultation to be effective and focused, you will first be required to fill in a Fitness Consultation Form outlining your personal particulars, the specific areas that you wish to consult in, as well as the day/date/time that you would want to be contacted. You will then need to e-mail the form back to us at least 5 working days before the actual consultation session. On the actual day/date/time, you will be contacted via your preferred line for the private consultation session.

20. What is Online Fitness Training?

Online Fitness Training is simply personal training conducted over the internet. Based on your current fitness level and fitness goals, your Online Trainer will draw up a customized exercise/dietary program for you and guide you 1-to-1 via the internet towards your goals. Your training/dietary program comprising of step-by-step instructions and clearly-illustrated diagrams will be e-mailed to you. Thus, you will be able to download, print and even bring along your training program to the gym with you. Your Online Trainer will constantly track your progress via feedback from you and prescribe corresponding modifications to your program if necessary. You will also have the benefit of unlimited e-mail access to your Online Personal Trainer to voice any queries or clarify any doubts throughout the duration of your program. 

 
21. What are the advantages of Online Fitness Training?

Online Fitness Training comes at a fraction of a cost of actual personal training. For a few dollars a day, you will get practically everything a person on personal training receives, except, of course, having the personal trainer right next to you.
