| Fitness Article 4 :
Training Your Weak Body Parts. |
| |
| In an ideal world, every body part would
respond to training and every muscle would grow proportionately at the
same speed. However, those of us living in the REAL world would know that
this never happens. Whether it's a chest that won't grow or legs that
resemble twigs, most of us have to struggle with body parts that simply
won't respond to training as they should!
However, it is indeed possible to bring
up a lagging body part and the following are some ways that you can make
it happen :
- Always Train Your Lagging Body
Parts At The Start Of Your Workout - when you are mentally
freshest and physically strongest.
- Train Your Lagging Body Parts
Twice-A-Week - so that they get double the attention and work.
- Employ Different Training
Techniques For Your Lagging Body Parts - such as super sets
( 2 exercises performed consecutively ), descending sets ( a few sets
performed in succession with descending weight loads) etc. The focus
is on stimulating muscle growth via variety and increased intensity.
