Stripping
body fat off your body is more than just exercise and cardio.
In order to
really create that buffed, toned and defined
look, your diet plays an equally important role.
On the 2nd
part of our series on diet and fat loss, the following advice
will go a long way in helping you to achieve that rock-hard
physique :
- Eliminate
Processed & Refined Carbohydrates From Your Diet - if it comes
from a package, don't eat it. Also, cut out fibreless
cereals and "low-fat" baked goods.
- Choose
Voluminous, High-Water Content Greens - they have much
less calories and their
high water content will help keep you full. Examples of
these greens include tomatoes, peppers, romaine lettuce,
broccoli etc.
- Go For
Lean Sources Of Protein - Opt for tuna, skinless
chicken or turkey, tofu and beans.
- Avoid
Gravies And Thick Creamy Soups - they're laden with
fat, Fat and more FAT! Opt for clear soups instead.
